Daily Who is a free web service where you ask AI questions to guess a historical figure. A new person is featured each day, and you have 5 questions to deduce their identity.
2. Usage
- The Service is free to use.
- No account registration is required. An anonymous identifier is generated automatically.
- The Service is not intended for children under 13.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Interfering with the operation of the Service (excessive access, automated tools, etc.)
- Accessing the Service to manipulate or abuse AI responses
- Interfering with other users' ability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to or use of the Service's source code, data, or APIs
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service's design, code, and content belong to the operator. Content shared via the game's social sharing features belongs to the user.
5. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
- We are not liable for damages caused by interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Service.
- We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements via Google AdSense. Google's Privacy Policy applies to the display of advertisements.
7. Changes and Termination
The operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

The operator may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon posting on this page.
